Singularis Credit Exchange

A national computational resource.
Under American control.

Designed to deliver computation at lower cost and energy, running on machines that already exist. We will publish measurements.

A new national resource

For America to excel and lead

Type 1 Civilization Laboratories hopes to partner with the United States to establish a new national computational resource, so America can excel and lead in technology, biology, space and every other field that runs on computation, under American control.

Who receives credits

The inventor wants the United States to decide

Oscar Velasquez doesn't only think America should control who receives Singularis credits and how many. He wants it to. The Credit Exchange is designed that way: every credit comes from one central ledger and every grant is recorded. Allocation controls for government oversight are built: per-organization and per-user limits, allow and deny lists, US-only eligibility, revocation, and a tamper-evident audit trail.

We are waiting for the United States government's call.

Compute on your own machine. Every invited, verified US account gets 100 free launch credits (30 minutes) through Fri Oct 16, 2026, 11:59 PM CT.

Upcoming

Carbon Credits

Credits tied to computation that uses measurably less energy, with the measurement method to be published. Not available yet.

Upcoming

Virtual Reality Credits

Released once the helmet is built and proven.

Paid, carbon and virtual reality credits are pending the approval of the United States government. They are offered only to American organizations.

Singularis Credit Exchange Platform

A national computational resource, under American control

Type 1 Civilization Laboratories hopes to partner with the United States to establish a new national computational resource, built to secure American leadership in technology, biology, space and every other field that runs on computation.

We expect, and hope, that the United States government will decide who receives Singularis credits and how many. We designed the Credit Exchange Platform around that principle: credits are issued from a central ledger, every grant is recorded, and allocation controls for government oversight are built.

All of this is pending the approval of the United States government.
